Life saving First Responder training
First responders play a vital part in the survival of patients.
This course is designed by the Pre-Hospital Care Council to provide a basic level of training to administer Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), treat a choking patient, deal with a heart attack and stroke patient.
Anyone who has an AED in their place of business or in their own community should take part in this course.
A Cardiac First Responder plays a vital role in keeping a person alive until they can receive expert clinical care.


Course Duration - 3.5-4 hours
Course Content
On completion of this course, participants will receive a certificate which has to be renewed every 2 years.
